Welcome to another Mindful Art Class! This time we'll create an autumny acrylic painting. I will guide you step by step into how to build it up. We'll use simple exercises and techniques to create a beautiful art piece you can take home, no experience needed!
To finish off the cosy vibes: a piece of delicious homemade carrot cake!
I call it a mindful art class, because for me it’s just as much about creating a space with good vibes — a cosy and welcoming place where everyone is invited to come exactly as they are.
