1: Paint like Monet
A playful and relaxed teambuilding day focused on creativity, enjoyment, and connecting in a different way.

How the day looks like:
- Warm welcome with home baked fika
- 2 painting blocks (morning + afternoon) where we learn how to paint like Monet
- Break with a healthy lunch and a guided hike through the forest next to the studio

Yes, it is possible to make such a painting in a few hours without experience!
2: Premium package
An elevated, in-depth teambuilding experience that combines creativity and reflection to enhance both individual wellbeing and team cohesion. ​

- a warm welcome with home baked fika
- two mindful art sessions. ​
1. Art exercise for stress & workload monitoring. This will enhance the overall wellbeing of your teammembers.
2. Collaborative art piece to strengthen the teamspirit​

Practical information
The creative team days are offered as full-day experiences (10:00 - 16:00) and take place in the studio 'Inner Art Ateljé' in Uppsala. Team meetings or custom requests can be integrated, feel free to reach out!
